Located strategically in the thriving growth area west of Dubuque, THCC serves a robust and expanding community of golfing and social members. Our membership is diverse, representing singles and families, new and long-standing residents, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
THCC provides a comprehensive array of summer activities centered around our acclaimed golf course, recognized as the most enjoyable in the Tri-states. Families can engage in our vibrant junior golf program, enjoy tennis and pickleball with optional lessons, participate in a family-focused swimming program, and partake in social programs tailored for all age groups. Quality dining and social experiences are available year-round, along with engaging events during the winter months.
THCC boasts top-notch facilities, including a premier golf course with a driving range and short game practice area, an expanded pool and cabana area, high-quality tennis and multi-use courts, and an inviting clubhouse that caters to members' social, entertainment, and dining needs.
Our commitment to providing the Thunder Hills experience ensures our Board can responsibly manage and enhance our facilities and programs. This approach allows us to maintain a manageable debt load and keep membership dues reasonable.
